Maternal Child Health Services
Winnebago County Health offers a wide variety of services for: Adolescent Health-Support Services for Pregnant and Parenting teens, including prevention programs for teens. Support services for Parents with children up to 12 months of age. Support services for high risk infants and pregnant women. Women’s Health Services including: Pregnancy Testing and Options Counseling, Birth Control, and Women Gynecological Exams. Medical Assistance Programs for women over the age of 35 seeking gynecological and breast exams including mammograms. Pediatric Programs including: Well Child Visits, Childhood Immunizations, and Vision & Hearing Testing.
