Back To School - Childhood & Teen Immunizations

The Pediatric program provides preventive health care services which include age appropriate childhood immunizations and well child screenings for all county children without access to care.  It assists children and their families with completion of applications for medical insurance (All Kids) to allow for preventive, acute and chronic medical care. It assists in the prevention in the spread of lice in children and their families through education and the availability of low cost treatment supplies.

Eligibility
Vaccine for Children Program (VFC)
  • No health insurance
  • Illinois Medical Card or AllKids
  • American Indian/Alaskan Native
  • Health insurance that doesn’t cover childhood immunizations
Cost
Administration fee for each vaccine administered $16.00 
(No one is denied for inability to pay this fee)

Cash, check, Illinois Medical Card/AllKids accepted, as well as most major credit cards.

Walk-in immunizations are available in South Beloit
at the Sandcastle Community Center on
Wednesdays from 1-3:30 PM

Hours

At Division Street immunizations are available
by appointment Monday through Friday.
Childhood immunizations available birth-18 years.
