The WCHD laboratory reports pollen counts in four categories; tree pollen, grass pollen, weed pollen and mold spores. Based on a new national pollen and mold counting network, the following ranges have been established for the total category.
Pollen Levels Mold Levels
0 - 20 Low 0 - 500 Low
20 - 100 Moderate 501 - 1,500 Moderate
Over 100 High Over 1,500 High
A free recording of the daily pollen count may be heard after 10:30 a.m.
