Infants 6 months and older.

Cost
|
Flu Shots - The fee for a flu shot is $25.00 or the shot is covered by Medicare, Medicare supplements, or Medicaid. Pneumonia Shots - The fee for a pneumonia shot is $60.00 or covered by Medicare or Medicare supplements. |
