H.U.G.S. is a program of the Winnebago County Health Department for young mothers between the ages 13-19.

Mission:  To provide education, support and to encourage the development of self esteem to help prevent a subsequent pregnancy.

Expectations:  To delay another pregnancy during involvement in the program, work towards getting a high school diploma or GED and be a positive role model for the first child and other young mothers.
