    Eligibility
    Well Women Clinic: women between the age of 35-64 regardless of income not seeking birth control and do not have medical coverage.
    Family Planning: women of child bearing age who are seeking birth control who have or don't have medical coverage
    Cost
    Family Planning Services based upon a sliding fee schedule
     
    Well Women Clinic free - with the exception of some lab fees.

    For Family Planning call 815-972-7400 for a scheduled exam.

    Pregnancy Testing and contraceptive pick up are on a walk-in basis at the 555 North Court Street location Monday through Friday from
    8:00 am - 11:30 am. - 1:00-4:00 pm.
    The office is closed from 12:00 - 1:00 pm.
     
    New!  1:00-4:00 pm.Walk in Clinic every Tuesday afternoon for clients who need birth control and unable to make an appointment or keep an appointment. There will be a nurse practitioner to do exams and order birth control.
