“Delicia Harris,“  and “Oliver Reed”  as presenters, have provided lectures, keynote addresses, workshops, seminars and training's from coast-to-coast. Ms. Harris’s ability to captivate audiences around issues of Domestic Violence, Addiction &  Recovery: Self-Sufficiency and Life after Incarceration are engaging and powerful. Mr. Reed’s work in the field has earned him The Illinois Public Health Association Award of Merit for his pioneering efforts in working with violence prevention targeted for young men in middle and high schools.

Together with an interactive approach,  they have successfully coached thousands of youth and adults around these key issues to become better leaders and advocates in their communities. These opportunities have created teachable moments for youth and adults in the areas of character development, relationship building, violence/gang prevention, conflict resolution, pregnancy prevention and substance abuse prevention.

The Teen Health Advisory Team provides strategies in working with teens on issues of: Violence/Gang Prevention, Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drug Prevention, Teenage Pregnancy Prevention, and Bullying Prevention.

Teen Health Advisory Team coalition members are: Winnebago County Health Department, Rockford School District 205, Rosecrance, YMCA Black & Hispanic Achievers, City of   Rockford-RAFT- Rockford Alcohol Free Teens, Youth Services Network, Boys & Girls Club of Rockford and the Rockford Park District.
