Thank you for your interest in helping the Winnebago County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Salvation Army obtain the supplies needed to ensure first responders and healthcare workers in Winnebago County have the resources they need to safely care for the public and themselves and help ensure local agencies can assist those in need during the current COVID-19 outbreak.

How To Donate

If you are able to donate any of these items, please drop them off at 5460 E. State Street in Rockford (the former Circuit City building).  Donations are being accepted Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Homemade Facemasks

The Winnebago County Emergency Operations Center is asking the community to help us by making and donating masks.
