Report An Environmental Health Concern
The Winnebago County Health Department's Center for Environmental Health Improvement receives complaints on a variety of local environmental concerns, including: food protection, private well & septic systems, and property maintenance (housing, garbage, etc). Complaints can be made by completing the form below or by calling the office at (815)720-4100. WCHD will investigate complaints that fall within its authority. Other complaints will be forwarded to other agencies as appropriate.
