What is coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)

A new respiratory illness that can spread from person to person that can cause severe illness.

Symptoms of COVID-19

Persons with COVID-19 have experienced mild to severe respiratory illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure. Symptoms can include:

If you have symptoms, call your healthcare provider BEFORE visiting the office. You may have COVID-19 and not have any symptoms and be able to transmit COVID-19 to others.

Prevent the Spread of Illness

  • Wear a face covering
  • Watch your distance - stay at least 6 feet apart
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces often
